The Wake-Up Call is a one-hour coaching session created to meet you where you are, give you real talk (you know me — I don't sugarcoat things), real guidance, and get you moving in the right direction.

One hour to get your mind right (and get you out of your own way). And if, by the end of the call, you decide you need more long-term support, we can talk through options and set that up together.
What We Can Cover During Your Wake-Up Call:
This call is for the stuff you know you need to get a better grip on — the things that are keeping you stuck in the same patterns, dragging your feet, or second-guessing yourself when you know you need to move different.

We can get into:

dating and relationship patterns (especially if you’re tired of repeating the same lessons),

building better boundaries, confidence, and standards for yourself,

working through self-sabotage and decision-making blocks,

tapping into your spiritual side (yep, even the witchy questions are welcome),

or getting smarter about how you’re showing up online if you’re building a brand or business.
