Every prompt, every lesson, every piece of homework in these books comes straight from my own journey. The things that helped me get out of toxic relationships—and stay out for good.
If you’re tired of the same old toxic cycles and ready to finally choose yourself, this bundle is for you. These three workbooks will help you break your patterns, set real standards, and actually stick to them this time.

The Heartbreak Recovery Bundle
I know what it’s like to love the wrong person. To give your all, only to end up feeling empty. To try to move on, but keep looking back. I’ve been there. And if you’re in that space right now, I want you to know—you’re going to get through this. That’s why I put this bundle together. Not just workbooks, but real stories. My own experiences. The heartbreaks, the lessons, the late-night journal entries, and the moments of clarity that changed everything for me.
Letters to My Ex – The letters I never sent, but needed to write. Raw, honest, and sometimes a little painful.
Spilled Words – Thoughts, lessons, and reflections on love, heartbreak, and healing.
The Self-Love Bible – Because healing isn’t just about getting over him—it’s about coming back to yourself.
Blush – The story of me finding my way after heartbreak, with my homegirls by my side, and choosing myself in the end.
Girl, Read This Before Your Next Date + Sis, Get Your Sh*t Together (Vol. 1 & 2) – Workbooks that will help you recognize your patterns, set standards, and actually stick to them.
Every page in these books came from my own healing journey. If you’re ready to start yours, this bundle is here for you.

Author, Life Coach & Your Internet Big Sis
My name is Cici.B, but most people just call me, B. I’m thirty-nine years young, and I’ve been through a lot—some of it life’s doing, but a lot of it my own. One day, I got sick and tired of my own shit, and that’s when everything began to change.
I stopped lying to myself and got painfully honest, but let me tell you—it only hurt because I’d been lying for so damn long. About ten years ago, I started writing books about my journey through toxic relationships—how I got out of them and, more importantly, how I stayed out by building a healthy relationship with myself.
My mission?
To help women find the courage to face their own behaviors and choices using the same tools that worked for me. Because here’s the truth: toxic, bare-minimum men aren’t the real issue. That’s just a story too many women have been feeding each other for far too long. The real problem is the unwillingness to look in the mirror and ask, “Why do I keep chasing after and attaching myself to men I know aren’t good for me?”
If you’re not ready to take a hard look at your own behavior—and you’re sensitive to real talk—this might not be the space for you. I don’t sugarcoat things for myself, and I won’t do it for anyone else.
Like I always say: Imagine being more offended by another woman being honest with you - telling you the truth - than you are by the man, or men, who lie to you every day and treat you like shit?
Food for thought. Finish your plate.
