This month, we’re bringing back an evening that so many women loved being part of - the Questions and Advice Ladies Night - and I’m pretty hype about its return, too.
Normally my group classes are focused on one specific subject matter, but in this class, we cover a wide range of topics and people end up getting answers to questions that they didn’t even know they needed - hence why this evening has been so loved by so many women.
So, here’s how it works -
When you book your seat, there will be a question box where you’ll be able to tell me what you would like advice about. I then take everyone’s questions and work them into our evening. In order to make sure things don’t go left (because there are certain subject matters that are not within my education or life experiences) I do have a list of topics that you can choose from:
-
All things dating - including how to have first date conversations and create healthy boundaries from the beginning
-
Relationships - leaving and healing from toxic ones and learning how to navigate and sustain healthy ones (Side note: When it comes to dating and relationships, many women also like to hear perspectives and advice from a man who is in a healthy relationship. That said, my fiance, Dwayne, has said that he is open to also answering any questions you might have for him.)
-
Navigating co-parenting as a bonus mom
-
Navigating your single seasons with confidence
-
Inner Child Healing
-
Spirituality (manifesting in your favor, working with tarot and oracle cards, calling in your higher self, working with angel numbers and synchronicities, protecting your energy, cleansing work, etc.)
If you’ve never been in one of my group classes before, it’s important to know that -
1. They are very interactive.
Meaning, everyone’s camera is on (class rules lol), everyone gets a chance to speak, and while we do tackle some hard and serious topics, we also laugh a lot throughout class because the two can exist together sometimes :)
2. They are a judgment free zone.
A lot of women use my class to practice being vulnerable - which is so, so important. It’s not uncommon for the women who take part in my classes to admit/confess things that they aren’t proud of, but know they need to heal from regardless. They know I’m going to keep it real with them, and that realness might hurt, but they also know that I’m not going to condemn them - which is why they feel safe to open up. That said, in order to maintain that feeling of safety in class, it’s important that all the women who are participating know that we don’t do the “mean girl” stuff in my classes, and anyone who does so will be ejected very quickly.
3. I give homework throughout my classes, so you should have a pen and your notebook ready.
4. I want to see women WIN.
My coaching style is honest and straightforward because my priority is always to help women learn how to help themselves.
Soooo, if all that sounds good to you, click the button below and pull up on Saturday, Sept 7th at 7pm EASTERN TIME with notebook and a snack, a juice box, or glass of wine, be sure to put your triggers to the side so you have room to open up your mind, and get ready for the most productive ladies night you've ever been to.
Seats are 67 USD and yes, like all of my classes, this will be recorded and replays will be made available to everyone who booked a seat.
